Copying Dashboards and Widgets

Table 115. Availability - Legacy plans

Overview

All users except for collaborators who have access to a dashboard can copy it. They can also copy its widgets to other dashboards.

This is ideal for when teams with different spaces in Wrike need to keep an eye on some of the same information.

Copy a dashboard

  1. Navigate to the dashboard you want to copy.

  2. Click the three-dot menu in the top right-hand corner.

  3. Select Duplicate and enter the name for your new dashboard.

A duplicate of the dashboard is created.

Copy a dashboard widget

  1. Navigate to the dashboard that contains the widget you want to copy.

  2. Hover over a widget and click the three-dot menu button that appears in the upper-right corner of the widget.

  3. Select Copy to Dashboard and choose an existing dashboard from the drop-down list.

Your widget is copied to the new dashboard. Users who have access to that dashboard will now see the widget, but work items that aren’t shared with them won’t be shown.

Note

Copying a dashboard creates two separate dashboards which can be edited independently. However, if they display the same tasks, and these tasks are edited from within one dashboard, changes to tasks will appear in other dashboards.
