External Request Form Links

Table 97. Availability - Legacy plans

Overview

Request forms are available in Enterprise and Business accounts.

When you publish an external request form, a link and HTML code are generated so that you can share the form with non-Wrike users or embed it on a website.

Find your request form link and HTML code

  1. Navigate to your request forms page via a space or your account settings.

  2. Locate the request form that you want to copy the link or code of.

  3. Click the permalink icon that appears in the Access column 1.

  4. In the Form published window that appears, click the Copy button to copy the link to the form 2.

  5. Switch to the Embed HTML tab 3 and click the Copy button to copy the HTML code.

    Tip

Before copying the HTML code, you can customize the width and height of the embedded form that will be displayed on your website. To do that, enter the required width and height in pixels in the corresponding fields within the Form published window.

You can also find the link and code in the request form builder. Click the permalink icon next to Enable public link in the right-hand panel.
