Creating Dashboards

Table 105. Availability - Legacy plans

All users except for collaborators in all paid accounts can use dashboards.

Create a dashboard and add widgets to help you manage and monitor your work items: tasks, projects, and task- and project-based custom items. Each widget shows work items that meet the specified criteria. You can create custom widgets in Wrike as well as widgets from the templates that are listed here.

There are two ways you can access the dashboard creation wizard:

  • from the Home page (or from the More menu)

  • from tools in spaces

Create a dashboard from the Home page

  1. Click Dashboards in the right-hand menu of your Home page.

  2. Click the dashboard's name (in the top right-hand corner). If you don’t have any dashboards, click the Create Dashboard button.

  3. Select + New Dashboard from the bottom of the drop-down menu 1.

  4. Enter a name 2 for your new dashboard and specify the space it should belong to 3.

This dashboard will appear in the Tools of the space it belongs to, each dashboard can belong to only one space.

  5. Click Create 4.

Create a dashboard from space Tools

  1. Navigate to the space where you wish to create a dashboard.

  2. Hover over Tools in the left-hand menu and click the + icon that appears 1.

  3. Select Dashboard in the drop-down menu that appears 2.

  4. Enter a name 3 for your new dashboard and specify the space it should belong to 4.

  5. Click Create 5.

You’ll be taken to your new dashboard where you can now create widgets.
