Stephanie, Thanks for the quick response.  Absent a firm commitment and date we'll have to keep shopping.  Would have been a sale otherwise.

Currently in demo period and surprised that this isn't a given.   Do we have any idea on a timeline?  Without it, we'll keep shopping for an off-the-shelf solution.  Otherwise pretty impressed- but...
