[Status: Not planned] FIX - Ability to assign deactivated users to tasks

Currently if a user is deactivated in Wrike, you can still assign them to tasks or send comment to them. This forces us to have to delete users instead of deactivating them. If they are deactivated...

Adding this feature would open Wrike up to working with industries that are now out of reach due to the current limitation. There are a lot of business that wouldn't consider Wrike because it doesn...
