More about Product FeedbackHi guys, I was wondering if it is possible to create a Workflow but to make it invisible to some users, maybe by linking it to a Space and only visible to the members in that space? A funny exemple would be to create a workflow for house tasks, I want it to be in my personnal space and I don't want it available for my work projects....

Hi Eric,
you can edit a workflow to allow only specific status changes. If you lock the transitions (see Editing Custom Workflows – Wrike Help Center), you also lock the whole workflow to the task. Only admins can choose a different workflow anyway. Then you have to set this workflow as default for all tasks of your space (or subfolder), and there you go!
Thanks Florian Kislich but the workflow remains visible for other users to use around the account in different spaces. I would like personal workflows to stay personal.
