- AI Subtask Creation - Wrike Labs Release ๐ค
Say goodbye to messy meeting notes or Slack threads. Wrike is excited to announce the latest feature in its Work Intelligence suite - AI Subtask Creation! It works in two different ways:
ย
-Simple subtask creation: highlight any text in a task description and each line will be created as a subtask. The text in the task description becomes permalinks to these subtask(s).
-AI subtask creation: highlight English language text that you want to use to create subtasks. An AI system uses natural language processing and detects action points and creates subtasks from them.

AI subtask creation can be enabled for individual accounts in Wrike Labs.

- Automation - New UI ๐
The look and feel of automation in Wrike has had a complete makeover ๐
ย
We introduced a graph-like design that people naturally lean toward when they create processes โ drawing processes with boxes and connector lines makes sense. Also, each building block has its own dedicated color, and each trigger/action has its own icon for easy differentiation.ย

- Resources View - Custom Daily Capacity Added ๐
Custom Capacity configuration has moved from Workload settings to Work Schedules. Now you don't need to set capacity in each Workload separately, you can simply configure it once in Work Schedules and all Workload and Resources views will reflect this setting.

-Each Schedule has a Daily capacity setting
-Users inherit the Daily capacity of their Schedule
-Resources view now supports Capacity set in Work Schedules
-The old configuration of custom capacity in Workload will coexist with Work Schedules settings untilย July 15th in order to give you time to reconfigure your Work Schedules

Is it possible that the new release yesterday would impact the API?ย I am seeing some new behavior with it.ย The searches I do on task name that have a space in the search term return no tasks.ย Also I'm getting some results that don't have the search terms in the name at all.
I'm getting some results that don't have the search terms in the name at all.ย Like "Sonoco", but also "Sony...".ย I'm getting "Generac", but also "...General".ย "Richard", but also "Ricard".ย Looks like fuzzy searching that wasn't there before.
