Seeking Examples of Use Cases for firms with repetitive monthly workflow for clients

I've been hunting for visual examples of how other firms have set themselves up. We have repetitive monthly workflow for each client, and the work flows between 2-3 staff, as well as 2 client collaborators. Can anyone point me to a space where there are visual use case examples?

We don't have standard monthly workflows but projects that take an average of 16 weeks. For those projects we have weekly reports that are produced. Using the custom fields, we were able to streamline our reports, reduce manual updates then export to Excel, run a macro and distribute. It sounds like a custom dashboard would work great for your clients.  I guess my question would be: What exactly are you looking for? How do you currently have it setup and what are you trying to achieve overall? It's definitely easier to offer suggestions if we can visually see where you are at now and what's the end goal.

As far as I remember we don't have monthly workflows - but always good to learn about another brilliant feature of Wrike!

We do not have a monthly workflow, but we do have templates that we use for different project needs. We then use the calendar to help share tasks with either week, month, quarter or year views.

It's a very general question. What are you really looking for? Some reporting deas, a blueprint...?

We use a standard project workflow for all kind of projects from some weeks to soem month. To visualize we use dashboards (configured to the specific need) and get reports out of Wrike via API. That you can do for long term projects, short projects or repeating tasks.

When you say workflows? are you meaning the same task repeated monthly where the workflow status circles around each month? The only example I can think of would be on something like - a contract to provide a monthly blog post

1. write

2. review

3. client authorisation

4. post

And cycle back each month?

We don't have like specialised workflows, but we do use a lot of request forms with different kind of blueprints related to them. That way the project will keep the same structure and it will be easier to work with. These projects are then shown on the specific dashboards so that people can keep track of the progress of their department or themselfs.

All I can think of is creating recurrent tasks and using a custom workflow, as Debbie Brownlie mentions above?  Along with Dashboards for reporting status on the tasks

We work with monthly recurring deliverables, so perhaps this screenshot is helpful. This is an example of our blog workflow, from project planning (updating the editorial calendar) to writing, editing, posting, and publishing. Each of these is an individual task that occurs monthly on a set day.

We originally wanted to set this up as a task with subtasks, but unfortunately subtasks aren't created with recurrences (at least not yet!) That would have been cleaner and allow us to create automatic dependencies, which would elevate this workflow to A+! Due to volume, it is not possible for us to setup dependencies manually for each client each month.

We have a ton and very specific workflows - some of them branch depending on project variances!

When you say workflows, do you mean Wrike workflows, or are you looking for repeat projects, maybe working in Gantt chart view? Would love to help.

While we do not have specific monthly reoccurring events/projects, we do have regular cadence activities. As these are more on-demand to start, we leverage Request Forms so the client, partner or customer success team member can submit the form, which then automates the creation of a project based on a blueprint. This allows us to define what is required within the Blueprint for that particular type of activity and yet the initial interface that the end user is expecting remains consistent. I'm not sure if this helps or not, but has worked well for our needs.

We do have customized workflows with repetitive tasks for NPD vs. Engineering changes. Marketing dept. has their own too. Then we have dashboards that we use for our weekly meeting and monthly reports for the Executives. You can can the widgets of your dashboard and customize your monthly report depending on what information you need. What do you mean by monthly workflow?
