More reporting capabilitiies!

I need more analytical capabilities as an Account Admin to validate the usefulness (or clutter) of 'items' in Wrike. Things like:

1. Custom Workflows - is it actually associated with any Spaces/Projects/Tasks? (would love to 'de-dup' content)

2. Admin setting changes - who changed what and when?

3. Space Details - Report on all spaces, who is the Admin and how many members. (would love to have a starting point for conversations on removing 'unused' spaces)

Hi Aaron Maccabee, thanks for posting! I have some ideas that might work for your questions 😊

1. We have Workflows for Spaces, you can edit them directly under the Space they belong. 

2. I suggest creating an Activity Report for this. 

3. When you click on the gear icon in the upper right corner, it will take you to space settings. Here, there is a list of members and their access roles, you can add or remove members

Hi Cansu, thank you for replying! I'm not sure I properly explained my request though, I'll try and be a little more clear. 😀

1. I need a report that shows me all custom workflows in the entire account, which are used and which are not. And in which space(s) are they leveraged.

2. We had looked into Activity reports, but they do not appear to be in-depth enough. An example: We had an admin turn on an integration, who did it? Is there a report for that?

3. I need a report that shows me all spaces for the entire account, not just a single space with the following details:

Space Name \ Space Admin Name \ # of Members \ Last Activity Date

Of note, for #3, I was able to get some information... I ran a report against the operation "spaces created". I then filtered out all the 'Personal' spaces in the XLS file exported. This gives me all the space names and who created it (at least the original 'space admin'), but it doesn't show current state, are there more than 1 space admin or a new one altogether? And I'd still like to see total number of members and last activity date.
