Hello everyone 👋
As you may know, our Product Team has been continuing to improve the New Wrike Experience based on the amazing feedback from you. A huge thank you to everyone who is continuing to test it and share feedback with us, it helps us tremendously when planning future enhancements!
We’re happy to introduce the latest improvements based on the feedback our team received from you.
- You can open the Launchpad from any place in your workspace. Click the new icon, next to “Wrike Assistant”, and you’ll have access to Smart Folders, tools, and much more!
- Navigation between spaces just got easier. While working in any space in your account, click the “Show spaces” button in the bottom left corner of your workspace and select the needed space from the list.
Introducing Custom Views
Views work in the same way as before but now with more options. When you navigate between projects and other views, all the view settings are saved per user.
Custom (persistent) views allow you to save view configuration for everyone in your account. Custom views can also be renamed. Currently, it is possible to create saved List, Board, and Table views.
Please note that the ability to create/edit custom views depends on the users’ access role. By default, users with the Full access role can create Custom views.
Workspace themes are now available in the New Wrike Experience:
To try out the updated New Experience, please enable it in Wrike Labs. You only need to enable the "New Experience" there, that includes My Home, custom views, and tools in spaces. If you have the New Experience enabled since it was first introduced, you will see the updated version starting today.
We’re very excited to hear what you think, please let us know your feedback in the comments below 👇
