I agree that communication is key in change management, but disagree with the statement "there is no such thing as overcommunication".

It's essential to communicate in a clear, understandable and approachable manner, and to "pick up" the stakeholders/target groups at their level of expertise and motivation.

What I noticed however is that communicating the same thing over and over again does not make it received in a better way. The content and delivery is key.

Even worse: communicating differing information. Consistency is also key.
