Hi everyone! ๐Ÿ‘‹ Is anyone's CSM effectively using Wrike to manage their accounts from a customer success standpoint (not client support, tickets, etc.)? Looking to answer:

  • How are you using workload/resource management with your CSMs?
  • How did you organize your dashboard; spaces, folders, projects, etc.? 
  • Tips for a marketing team to organize Wrike for maximum efficiency.
