Where do unpinned tasks go?
I am assigned on a task along with one other person. I know he will need time (days) to do his part before it comes back to me so I unpinned the task from my work so it doesn't clog up my actual work that I need to be working on at that time. Once the task is unpinned, where does it go and what kind of action on the other assignee's part would put it back on my task list? Would him just @menitioning me, put it there?
The task should still be in the space, folder, or project it lives in. It would also be visible on a Dashboard widget.
But it sounds like you might want to divide this into subtasks, one assigned to your colleague and one assigned to you, perhaps with a dependency.
Thank you. We have SO many projects (well over 200 globally) and so many tasks that we're not at a place where certain tasks should be broken down any further. One of the reasons is, the task requires back and forth discussion between us and that's why I have to wait.
So it's sounds like the only way to get it back onto My Work, is to manually put it back?
