Video Proofing on Wrike Mobile

Having a video proofing tool on mobile won't only help us but our clients as well. Since some of them would usually reply through their phones and it would be fantastic if they could leave comments instantly anywhere they are.

Whats the point of having a remote management app if you can't Approve anything on your mobile?

Elaine - yes, was speaking of video proofing Approval specifically.  additional features in the approval process such as giving feedback in the timeline or spot checking that is available on the desktop version would be ideal as other users above have mentioned last year.  But given the amount of work that is done "on the go" now, simply being able to Approve a video should not be out of question or unachievable in a mobile software.  Whats even more frustrating about your app is that it shows the Approval button as an option, but the user is just sent on an endless loop of trying click the button and being told that the video must be watched first. At least have your development team code in a message that says that the feature is not available on the mobile app.

Yes, Yes, Yes to everything that Calvin Mo just expressed!  I too ended up in the endless loop described above.  Agreed that while all the annotation features would be great on mobile - a simple Approved/Not Approved button would be enough.

Agreed! We just launched Wrike and had this come up. One of the main executives who reviews video is constantly in meetings and multi-tasking, and also frequently travels. It would be great if the proofing experience on the mobile app was the same, because they were expecting they could use the mobile app the same way, and that caused a lot of confusion for the resource team with the automations we built in, because "changes required" was submitted but no comments were included on the proof, because the approver could not add them.
