Active subtasks not showing in list view.

When a parent task is completed, its subtasks are not showing in the list view. I think logically it's fine to filter out completed main tasks, but the subtasks should be showing up if you are filtering all active tasks within a folder.

Example of tasks not showing up:

Yet they are active subtasks within the F19 campaign folder:

We are having the same issue. We have tasks that are generated as an organizational tool for our assets and deliverables. The parent task does not have a date, but the subtasks do. These subtasks are not showing on our widgets or to-do lists as overdue and we have to open the main parent task after the fact. In addition, our tasks and subtasks are not showing due dates in chronological order. It is beyond frustrating.

Hello Dominique Roberts. Welcome to the Community Melissa Kenward! Thank you for bringing this to us. I have opened a ticket with our Support Team so they can look into this for you and provide you with an accurate reply.

Also, kindly note that, as announced earlier this year, the List View will be merged into the New Table View, which provides you with a similar layout but more versatility and it is definitely a significantly more powerful option.

If you have any questions about this, please let me know and I will be glad to help.

Thank you!
