File Proofing: Add the ability to send a non users a direct link.
We love Wrike's proofing tool for our larger clients where it makes sense to add them as collaborators where they login and see all of their open projects. However we have a good amount of one off clients where we may only do one project for them. It really doesn't make sense for us to make them create a login just to proof one project. We have tested some other software (that misses the mark in a lot of other areas) however they give you the option to simply copy a link that will take a user to your proof where they can proof as usual without having to create an account. Their comments show up in the account and business is as usual. It works really well for projects you still want to keep organized internally yet allow one time clients to comment without the hassle of signing up or showing them more info then they need to see.

Collaborators will only see Folders/Projects/Tasks that you share with them. Sharing works from the top-down, so if you share the parent Folder/Project, they'll have access to items contained inside them.
Perhaps reviewing your Folder structure and where you position the items you want to share with Collaborators. For example, you may want to create a Folder with the Clients name, and include these tasks there and only share this Folder with these Collaborators.

There's also an option for Enterprise accounts to use our Labs feature of Selective Sharing. Here, you have more options around what exact items you want to share. If this interests you I can arrange a call with your Account Manager to discuss the option.

Sorry Stephen, but I don't think you answered Kyle's question at all. You may want to re-read the question. He doesn't want to have to have someone sign up for an account just to view once or twice. It is more like, if you have a link, you can comment, even without an account.

Although there are no plans to change the Collaborator process/permissions at the moment, this helps our team understand how people want to share with external users, so they can refer to this when discussing any possible changes.

We need this function! We have collaborators with access and have adopted it well BUT we have literally 100's of work requests by one-off clients such as a charge nurse or medical office manager who needs to have a brochure updated. Our graphic designer still have to download the assets and email out to the requester, not taking advantage of the awesome proof and approve function. Internally, we LOVE proof & approve, but since most of our clients may not work with us more than once a year, it is not a good use of time and resources to grant collaborator access and train these clients.

We absolutely need this function - taking the time to download and receive feedback from multiple users takes us outside of this great tool and reduces our efficiency.
Absolutely agree! Having proofs in multiple locations and having to manage edits and feedback from multiple people, going back and forth between internal clients, writers and designers, would be so much more efficient if we could do it all in one spot!
Yes! With multiple external collaborators and approvers (outside of our division), having this capability would allow us to truly use Wrike for the entire process. We would definitely benefit from this function.
This is the one feature that might obligate us to look for another solution. Sharing a proof for a simple approval shouldn't need a signup process. Hope you add the feature.

Guest Reviews are used when you need to send a review link to someone who doesn't have a Wrike account; Approvals are available internally in the account to quickly approve or reject work. Please let me know if you have any further questions, I'll be happy to help! 🙂
