Quickly see users that are "free"

Hi,

I would love to have the ability to quickly see if any of my team have nothing assigned to them over a period of time, or to report back on what days someone in my team is free.

I'm currently managing the workload for 100+ staff daily and it would be really useful to see at a glance if any of my team have free time, instead of scrolling through all users in Wrike workload view to check if they have any spare time.

Thoughts welcome! :)

Hey Holly! Thank you for your great question 🙂 . A few of us internally were speaking about this, and currently there is not a way to quickly view availability of staff at a glance. We did however, try to find a way to get you what you needed. Would having a "not assigned" filter be something that you would find useful?

Would still love to hear from other Wrike users on this!

Hey Melanie,

Thanks for the reply!

Would a "not assigned" filter show me the list of jobs that don't have someone assigned? It would definitely be useful, I'm just not sure it would be for this use case specifically.

Or would it filter it to a group of people that have nothing assigned on a particular day that's filtered to as well?

Thanks!

It would be great to have the ability to conduct a Doodle-ish poll within Wrike using the work schedule calendars or something of that sort, which could address Holly's need.
