- Request Forms ๐ - Add Follow-Up Questions and Include Answers in Multiple Spacesย

We've enhanced the branching functionality in our Request forms and now when you click the branching icon on answers in a Single-answer and Importance-type question, you'll see the new option "Add follow-up question: Paragraph". This improvement allows you to create an additional question for the request submitter, they will see a follow-up Paragraph-type question appearing when clicking on the relevant option:

Also, weโve listened to your feedback and, along with the recent improvements implemented to Request forms, we have now made it possible to select additional Spaces as locations when creating a space-level Request form.

This feature enables you to store the item created via the request form in not only the Space linked to the request but also in any other Space of your choice. Additionally, this option allows you to use in the request form the custom fields applied to the Spaces you select in the "Other Spaces" tab ๐คฉ

- Automation ๐ - Integration Actions: Create Outlook Event and Email Campaign in MailChimp
We continue to expand the Automation capabilities and now we've added two new actions โ "Create events in the Outlook calendar" and "Create email campaigns in MailChimpโ.

This enhancement allows you to integrate Wrike with Outlook Calendar and MailChimp to, for example, create an event in Outlook Calendar when a task is created in a relevant folder.

- New Dashboards ๐ - Updated Widget Rearranging Options
We improved the way you can rearrange and create widgets in New Dashboards, with the "+ Add widget" button, available on all dividing lines on the dashboard.

Also, the new "Swap" button lets you switch rows, individual widgets, and columns:

And with the "Align" option, you can make the sizes of all widgets in a row/column the same, saving you from resizing each one individually:

- Workflows ๐ฅ - Red Color is Back to Color Palette
We brought back the pure red color as a status color option for your custom statuses:

Excited about these changes. I'd still like to see more color options added and color picker functionality as noted in this thread here: https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/4409173551255-Status-colors-Introduce-color-picker
The color choices are still woefully insufficient, but I'm very glad at least the red got added.ย
What should the automation rule for the Outlook calender be good for? It asks for a specific account it needs access to. So I can create a rule that puts all tasks to my calender. That does not help (me) anything. I can not see an application for this. It would need something like make the appointment in the assignee calender. If that is not possible it would be much better to have a button in the task to make an appointment in my calender (so it would be the actual logged in account).
Sven Passingerย I would have to test this, but possible use case for us would be for time off requests.ย Our users submit a form to request for time off and when approved, the workflow is marked as 'add to Outlook calendar'.ย This might allow for us to take the manual step out of the equation.ย ย

The Outlook Calendar integration is a great start - here's what could be better:
1. The events created are just the task/project name - there's no active link to click to open the item. It would be more helpful if the Outlook Calendar item had the Wrike task/project permalink in the Location field for the calendar appointment.
2. Would be nice to be able to set the timeframe for the automation-created appointment rather than either a) immediately for 1 hour or b) all day.ย
3. Need ability to set which calendar the events are created on - If I have a shared project calendar in Outlook that I am the owner of, and I want all task due dates for that project to show up on that separate calendar, not on my individual calendar, I need to be able to tell the automation which calendar to point to.ย
4. I understand why it's not possible to set up the automation to put items on the assignees' calendars without each assignee granting credentialed consent, but it would be niceย to be able to at least click a button to send them an .ics file for their calendars for an item.ย
Sven Passinger it would also be useful with group calendars, rather than individual's.

New dashboard features are great!
Any possibility of allowing a duplicate of a widget to be in the same section of the original.ย ย I have a very large dashboard and every time I create a duplicate, say for visualization, it goes all the way to the end of the widgets and I have to manually drag it across the entire dashboard.
Thanks, David! Yes, we plan to bring some enhancements soon that will make it easier to create duplicates in a way you expect them to work, plus a few other useful things.ย
