Hello,
I believe we are still in the early stages of utilizing Wrike, considering its full potential. While we have already onboarded some projects, it would be beneficial to gain insights in order to promote adoption within our teams. Here are some dashboard and report ideas:
Last Access Report/Dashboard: This report or dashboard could display how many times users accessed a specific project, space, or task within a defined time frame (e.g., the last 2 days, week, or month).
Task Movement Report/Dashboard: This report or dashboard could show the movement of tasks within a project or group of projects, along with the date of the last update. It should also allow filtering by updated fields and status.
I apologize if this isn't the appropriate place to ask these questions.

My team's Wrike journey started in early 2023, when we moved our entire portfolio of projects into it from a previous home-grown tool that had limited project management capabilities (and therefore poor adoption from our PMs). Year 1 was all about just getting everyone and everything into the tool, so we started with a very basic blueprint and standard project setup. In year 2 (now that we're all more comfortable with the basics), we've begun to dig into the details to turn Wrike into a more effective tool for our PMs to drive collaboration, thereby reducing valuable time spent in (and preparing for) meetings. We have also enhanced our blueprint to align with our best practices, increasing chances of project success and providing better visibility into process adoption, and have begun to automate portfolio-level reporting, which is something our managers have historically had to do manually. We are currently working on customization for projects and tasks to help us focus on what matters for each type of project we run, connecting our Wrike work to other teams' Wrike work to reduce effort, and developing powerful dashboards that bridge across ours and our partner teams' Wrike Spaces to build robust visibility into change impacts across our organization.
