How can I delete the "my work" area?
I spend some time, tome on both version of "my work" and it seems that this the work of somebody else, but not mine.
Both logics are not working correctly and as a business customer I would expect a solution beyond beta-testing.
So... the magic question is...how can I delete this section from my workspace? It's useless and confusing - compare to my custom dashboard and I don't want to see it!
Alternative.. please let me know how I can configure the system in way that the workspace does not automatically start with "my work".
Hi Jörn, while you're not able to delete the My Work section or choose another view as the default, the view should show you all tasks assigned to you. I know you recently had a Support ticket open about the new vs. old My Work, but we'd would love to troubleshoot if it's not working the way it's described. Would you like me to open a Support ticket on your behalf?
We can also move this post to the Product Feedback section so that other users can +1 the idea to be able to change the default view when you log in to the Workspace?

For me it's not really great if I start each time with a section in wrike which is completely useless for me.
I'm not able to allocate more time to this "feature", I just want don't want to see it...both version are not working as expected.
In the new "my work" version I see 406 incoming and in later I see 469 tasks...including the bloody "recurring tasks".
I don't see the tasks for today and I can assure you there are plenty... .. BUT I pay for the dashboard BUT wrike does not allow me to start with a customized view.
A famous person on Twitter would say SAD! :-)
Anyway, I really expect a solution and not another lengthy discussion like for outlook add-on, recurring tasks etc... there is a lot of smoke but no fire.
How about a solution?
Honestly I would love to see wrike more usable for me and my team, but I don't have the time for more explanations via email. Your support team is really the experience I had with support in the last years, but for this topic we should go into more details then writing emails.
Hi Jörn, hope you don't mind if I jump in for Stephanie! This is a really interesting idea, and I wanted to let you know that we're looking into ways to save certain views already - one of the options we're looking at is to set a saved view on the Folder/Project level. I understand how the functionality you described would be useful too, and having it on our feedback section will allow other users to add their votes to it. Meanwhile, something I wanted to suggest is saving the Dashboard View as a browser bookmark (instead of the Wrike homepage). This will make the process of opening the desired section easier. :)
I agree that the "My Work" section is very confusing.
It either needs to be able to be disabled entirely, or it needs to be much more clear how it operates.
Dashboards provide a much better view for tasks.
